Man pistol-whipped in Pinetown business robbery

A MAN, in his 40s, sustained moderate injuries in an alleged business robbery on Mariannhill Road in Pinetown this morning (Friday, 20 November).

Rowan Scandroglio, Rescue Care media spokesman, said Rescue Care Paramedics together with Redline Response arrived on the scene to find that a man has been injured after he was pistol-whipped during an alleged business robbery.
“The man was stabilised on the scene by Rescue Care Advanced Life Support Paramedics before being transported to a nearby hospital,” said Scandroglio.
