Leighton Agg murder case adjourned

The murder-accused will appear in court again early next year.

THE 21-year-old Malawian man, who has been accused of murdering Hillcrest resident, Leighton Agg, appeared in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Monday.

The case was adjourned. 

According to the spokesman for the KZN National Prosecuting Authority, Natasha Kara, the case was adjourned until Thursday, 21 January 2021 for further investigation by local SAPS.

KZN SAPS was unable to confirm whether or not more arrests were imminent with regards to the 42-year old man’s murder.
