Man hit by truck while changing tyre on N3
It is believed to have been a hit-and-run.

IN an apparent hit-and-run, a 50-year-old man is now fighting for his life after he was hit by a truck on the N3 while changing his tyre this morning (Tuesday, October 12).

Emer-G-Med’s Kyle Van Reenen said the man was seriously injured and was found lying on the N3, on the east bound carriageway, near The Pavilion Shopping Centre.
“Advanced life support intervention was needed to stabilise the man before he was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital,” reported Van Reenen.
