The suspect was handed over to Westville SAPS for further investigation.

A MAN suspected of stealing electricity cables at a house in Westville has been arrested.

According to Charnel Hattingh, head of communications and marketing for the Fidelity Services Group, the suspect was nabbed yesterday, Thursday, July 4.

Hattingh said one of their armed response officers was conducting a patrol within Westville when he spotted a couple standing outside their property. She said the armed response officer stopped to check on them.
