Search on for winner of lotto ticket bought in Westville

ITHUBA, the operator of the national lottery, has announced through a social media account that a search is on for a jackpot winner who purchased their ticket at a store in Westville.

The ticket was purchased on September 20, 2025, at a store in Westville and the winner is due to claim R8 544 310.

However, the lucky winner has until September 20 to claim their winnings because that is when the ticket expires.
According to ITHUBA’s general terms and conditions for all its national lottery games, players have a period of 365 days from the date of the draw of a particular game to make a claim.
