You should have allowed me to pass

"I was not racing, just rushing to my family's aid as I had just heard they had been involved in an accident," said Shiven Dramraj.

EDITOR – On Sunday, 17 July around 1.30pm at Watercrest Mall, I received news that my family was involved in a bad accident. I drove through Waterfall with my bright lights and hazards on. In front of me was a person who thought I was racing.

To that person: Yes I was driving a white Golf 5 and no I was not racing or showing off like you said. I stopped at the Hillcrest Corner robot and explained to you why I was driving fast but you still swore at me. If you had allowed me to pass quickly, I would have been with my granddad, grandmum and uncle when they passed on.
