A POSITIVE experience which needs to be told in an era abounding in negativity. I recently visited the Pinetown SARS offices to sort out an income tax matter and can only repeat what I have heard others say with regards to the level of service received.
Considering the number of people they attend to each day I can only marvel at the efficient and effective system they have in place.
The public are guided every step of the way in a friendly and competent manner and issues are resolved by an array of knowledgeable consultants, without any undue delay.
