
MANY subscribers to Telkom have had serious problems over the past month, especially during the last weeks.
Telkom is not providing a reliable service.
Continuous service interruptions or no phone or ADSL happens frequently.
The subscriber has to pay home rental, ADSL rental or has a contract with Telkom.
How can a business operate under these conditions?
Will Telkom reimburse all users with the cost of rental, missed business, etc?
If you are lucky, you might get an acknowledgement of the reported fault or “Please be patient, we are attending to the problem”.
Some of the infrastructure is outdated.
Someone at the head office must be held responsible and if persons are incompetent, they have to be replaced.
