HOME Affairs is a national disgrace.
Having spent two long days there to renew my passport, in vain.
I reckon that anyone contemplating emigration, wouldn’t hesitate after visiting this inept office with its disgustingly-dirty surrounds, arrogant workers, lack of facilities and order and suspected bribery of security guards to jump the queue etc.
Home Affairs needs a huge, clean room, a number system, separate, well-demarcated counters and software that ensures the computers stay online, and adequate, covered seating.
