Villagers dominate weekend games

The Hillcrest Villagers' Rugby Club claimed three strong wins during its weekend games.

SATURDAY proved to be a good day for rugby for the Land Rover Durban Hillcrest Villagers’ Rugby Club as its top three teams walked away victorious.

The Land Rover Durban Hillcrest Villagers Rugby 1st and 2nd XV headed up the north coast to take on the Ballito Dolphins’ Rugby Club.

Ballito’s dry winter day made the 2nd XV dig deep as they played their game through the hot sun, but even the dry conditions didn’t stop the 2nd XV from claiming a 60 – 0 win.
