Watch: Lions and buffalo battle in KNP
The old Mluwati male and his five sons took on a buffalo herd that encroached on their domain at the Kumana Dam in the Kruger National Park.
A video posted on Africa Adventures’ YouTube channel shows a battle between a pride of lions and a herd of buffalo.
According to information posted on the YouTube channel, the video was taken at the Kumana Dam in the Kruger National Park – less than 24 hours after the lions killed another buffalo.
Africa Adventures said the hunt happened because a small buffalo herd entered the domain of the old Mluwati male and his sons.
