DopeFlop Music drops his new EP

Thokoza’s DopeFlop Music believes he is where he is in the entertainment industry because of the love the fans show him.

Thokoza-based musician DopeFlop Music has dropped another hit song after winning the South African Upcoming Musicians Awards (SAUMA) best feature award.

Joy Mkhwanazi, better known as ‘DopeFlop Music’, is a well-liked Thokoza musician. He started playing music at 12, and a year later, recording in a studio, and has not looked back since.

He dropped an EP titled Meddie yeSuper.

According to the star, the message is to appreciate all women who have stood by their life partners and supported them through thick and thin.

“Women anchor families and communities. They are critical to children’s growth because they give their families the attention, encouragement, and support they need. In addition, women contribute significantly to the development of communities and frequently hold leadership positions in local associations, so with this song, I aimed to give them their flowers,” he said.

He has performed on stages alongside several chart-topping musicians, including Big Zulu (the founder of Nkabi Records, real name Siyabonga Nene), Musiholiq, Mduduzi Ncube, Lwando Buso, and Silo Magolide.

“One of my resolutions this year is to give my fans more music. After winning the award, I realised people do believe in my work and for that, I owe them more good music. I cannot thank everyone who voted for me enough. I appreciate their efforts in my daily life,” said DopeFlop Music.

The newly released song already has fans jamming to it. The song is topping the charts on X Space.
