Accounts come later and later – then on time
April account only arrived now

On May 20, I received my municipal account in my letterbox.
I was thinking that the municipality had overcome its problems of not sending out accounts to its customers on time, but low and behold, the account was for last month (April), payment due date 2016/05/04. Date of statement 2016/04/13.
Has the municipality given any reasons why they are getting later and later sending out the statements?
I am one of the fortunate ones who can go to the municipality to pick up my latest account.
I was able to go into the website for e-Siyakhoka, but since they upgraded it (to make it more user-friendly), I am unable to get access.
Today, May 25 I received a municipal statement in the post. Low and behold, this statement, dated May 11, is for payment due date June 4.
Maybe I was a little bit early criticising the municipality about its delivery of accounts or do we wait and see what happens over the following months.
