Glen Marais resident picks up urn with ashes on Eland Road

If you have lost an urn with Angie’s ashes in it, please contact EXPRESS

A resident from Glen Marais was taking a walk when he came across a rather interesting object on the side of the pavement.

Les Holcroft found what looked like a jewellery box which was, to his surprise, an urn containing ashes after he opened the box to check.

The urn has the inscription “Angie” on the outside.

“I found the urn on Eland Road, behind Checkers and would like to return it to the family because this is their loved one,” said Holcroft.

If you have any information on who this urn might belong to or if you are the owner of the urn, please contact Zandi Sithole at EXPRESS  on 011 970 3030 and we will put you in touch with Holcroft.
