Norkem Park man (47) missing since February

His family has not heard from him in over a month.

The family of a missing Norkem Park man (47) believes he may have left the country for work, but they remain worried as they have not heard from him since February 8.

Dessie Rechner, director of the Pink Ladies, confirmed on Monday that Michael Allan Germishuys was still missing.

According to a flyer distributed by the non-profit organisation, Germishuys possibly travelled to Sao Paulo in Brazil for a job opportunity. However, his family worries that the job was not legit, as Germishuys does not answer calls and he is inactive on social media, despite the fact that his birthday was on February 14.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a blue long-sleeved shirt and black pointed shoes.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Norkem Park SAPS on 071 675 6806 or 011 391 1817, and the Pink Ladies organisation on 072 214 7439, 083 378 4882 or 086 001 0111.
