Traffic Alert: Elgin Road and Soutpansberg Drive closed
The closure is expected to last until 1pm.
The intersection on the corner Elgin Road on Soutpansberg Drive is currently being resurfaced, which results in major traffic delays and lane restrictions.
As a result, the intersection at Mooirivier Drive and the P91 is closed. Motorists driving from the P91 headed for Mooirivier Drive are advised to find alternative routes.
Another closure is on Soutpansberg Drive at Pretorius Road and traffic is diverted onto Pretorius Road.
Motorists then join Elgin Road from Pretorius Road.
Motorists going up Elgin Road are also diverted to turn left into Soutpansberg Drive.
The construction is expected to last until 1pm this afternoon.
