Princess Chricee, the sneaker collector

The young lady from Ivory Park has a love for sneakers.

Christina ‘Princess Chricee’ Sidumo from Ivory Park Extension 11 and has different taste when it comes to sneakers.

Sidumo is a model, featured in a couple of music videos and is currently busy shooting a movie. She said it has always been her thing to collect shoes.

“I collect sneakers because they make me feel cool. The love I have for them is enormous and as a model I started to collect and match up pieces of clothes,” said Sidumo.

“I had so many sneakers that I donated some of them to people who do not have much as I do. I still have 10 pairs.

“I have this problem of being easily attracted to sneakers when I go shopping. When choosing sneakers, it is important to choose based on colour, design and texture,” added Sidumo.

Sidumo attended Ebomini Primary School and Ivory Park Secondary School and is busy with her studies in bachelors of education (BEd) at the University of South Africa. She played in music videos by 7/8 Media Entertainment and also featured in My Kick Game, a song by Fresh Fresh.

She is inspired by Amanda du-Pont, a South African actress, model and television host, because she occupies the spaces Sidumo sees herself in and she does it well.

“I would like to be a brand ambassador someday and I am a die-hard fan of Adidas.”
