Tembisa Hospital is looking for the families and friends of two unknown patients who were recently admitted to the hospital.
According to a media statement released by the hospital on Monday, the first patient, believed to be 30 years old, was brought in by Netcare paramedics after he was picked up on Allendale Road, Midrand.
“The patient was admitted on July 8. He was hit by a car and is still unconscious, bleeding from the nose and ears, and sustained head injuries,” read part of the statement.
The other patient, a 35-year-old man, was brought in by paramedics after he was found unconscious in Kempton Park. He was admitted on June 10.
“Tembisa Hospital humbly requests the public to kindly assist in tracing and finding the family members of the above-mentioned patients. For further information, please contact social workers on 011 923 2137/38 during working hours. Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated,” said the statement.
