Tembisa Hospital urges the community identify admitted patients

Admitted patients needs to reunite with family members, the station releases a list.

Tembisa Hospital is making a humble request to our readers to kindly assist the hospital to find the family members of the below mentioned patients currently admitted to the hospital.

1. Sipho Mtshali: The 25-year-old male was brought by SAPS and was found in the streets around Kempton Park. The patient was admitted on May 25, 2018, with physical disability.

2. Stingo Diharu: The 32-year-old was brought in by paramedics at R24, Rhodesfield Kempton Park. Patient was found unconscious in Kempton Park. He was admitted on July 3, 2019.

3. Jane Monareng: The 45-year-old female was brought in by Kempton Park. Patient was brought by Diepsloot police found roaming in the streets. She was admitted on March 3, 2019.

4. Jabulile Hlatswayo : The 48-year-old female was admitted on June 6, 2019.

5. Mr MODISE : The 30-year-old male was found in the streets of Kempton Park by the police. He was admitted on August 8, 2018.

6. Samson Namane: The 40-year-old male was brought in by paramedics and he was involved in a car accident. He stated that he is from Vaal.
