Court hears that Denise Hattingh intends to plead guilty

Her lawyer asked the state not to pursue charges of premeditated murder stating that Denise intends on pleading guilty to killing 29-year-old Markus Greeff on May 15.

He further asked the state to consider a lesser charge.
The matter was postponed to December 10.

On November 14, the court heard that the state had completed its investigation against Hattingh.

Hattingh is accused of killing Greeff on West Street in Pomona.
