EMPD raises drug awareness through public campaign
EMPD Social Crime Prevention Unit hosted a two-day outreach campaign to educate the public about the dangers of substance abuse, GBV, and domestic violence.
The EMPD Social Crime Prevention Unit officers held a drug and substance abuse awareness campaign on July 15 and 16.
The outreach taught the community about the dangers and long-term effects of substance abuse.

Officers engaged with shoppers, offering one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and answer questions, and distributed pamphlets on various social issues, including GBV and domestic violence.
