Batho Pele Charity calls for community support in Birchleigh outreach
The organisation is appealing for donations, sponsorships and volunteers to help expand its impact on vulnerable residents.
Batho Pele Charity continues its efforts to support residents of Birchleigh and surrounding areas, but the organisation says it cannot do this alone and needs the community’s assistance.
An outreach event will take place on September 13 at 11:00, starting in Birchleigh, proceeding to Edleen, and concluding in Van Riebeeck Park.
The community is encouraged to get involved by donating non-perishable food, clothing, or funds. Sponsorships and volunteer support on the day are also welcomed.

“Any contribution, no matter how big or small, will go a long way towards helping those less fortunate,” said the organisers.
