Crime is on the rise and right under our noses! In our back yard! Down our street!

Who are you going to blame when your house get burgled? When your wife/domestic/daughter/mother gets raped or beaten? When you or a family member gets hijacked? When someone you love gets killed for a TV or cell phone?

The police? Your security company? Your government? Who?

What’s the common denominator in all of what I just said? You.

Why are we waiting for something bad to happen before we get involved? Why don’t you take the first step and accept responsibility for your house? Your family? Your things? Your community?

If you don’t care enough to get involved and get proactive – why should anybody else? Because it’s their job? Because that’s why we pay them? Bleg, get real.

We struggle to come up with catchy things, interesting ideas and fascinating guests to try and get you to Bonaero Park Community Precinct’s meetings.

But let’s face it, we all have friends – this is a community “gig” and we need tp start taking interest in our community we live in! In our neighbours! In the strangers in our street! In our parks and rivers!

If we don’t care enough to do, or help or get involved, why should the police, government and security companies?

This is the community in which we live, in which we raise our families, in which we trust. Why not work together to make it great?

Starting with you.
