Firstly, I would like to thank Kempton Express for responding to my request for assistance to attend to the problem of poor water pressure in my area of Van Riebeeck Park.
Within a day Councillor Jaco Terblanche rang me and informed me of several such problems throughout Kempton Park he had dealt with or was currently dealing with.
Keeping him informed of pressure drops (no matter what time of day), he eventually got to the source of the problem and for two weeks now the pressure has been acceptable.
Jaco is obviously a dedicated councillor and takes the office seriously in order to serve the community. This is very refreshing when you often find yourself wondering who to turn to in order to resolve problems connected to bureaucracy.
