The people advertise 24/7 repairs in the Local Focal – all repairs done on site.
This was not the case. After removing my dishwasher for repairs it came back more than a month later in a much worse condition. It was clearly handled poorly and from a small fault on the motor I can now not even open the door. It is clear that the machine was dropped at some point. Calling to get assistance from their boss does not help, and he misses one appointment after the other.
The delivery bakkie they use is not roadworthy, and they handle the appliance with no care.
