I cannot bear the incessant and unnecessary barking and barking and howling and howling and screeching and yes, the soul destroying noise of the dogs next door and next door to them and across the road.
Like you cannot imagine. Most of the time for no reason, starting from first light to deep in the night. My family and myself have been terrorised by this situation for nearly 15 years.
At times, while hosting Bible study evenings at our home, the patrons have asked me why we don’t poison them after struggling through these evenings. I, jokingly of course, always have the same reply: the owners will not eat the laced food I throw out for them and I’m scared the dogs might get poisoned.
It is not the dog that chooses to be there but the owner that cannot control or discipline these pets ,as there are too many of them to pay attention to. I have never in all these years heard or seen my so called dog loving neighbours play or pet there dogs, not once. There are just too many.
I have been watching the dog poisoning hotline reports but I personally don’t think it is the criminal that is poisoning the dogs but fed up neighbours driven to destruction by inconsiderate noisy dog owners.
You, this normally rude person and the owner of the noisy dogs know you are the reason your dogs are being killed. Your dog does not have the choice, you keep it there.
Your rude, arrogant manner will just add fuel to the flames. What can we do about this without committing a crime?
We do not deserve this constant harassment and should not have to get out of bed at 3am to wake the owners so they can quieten their dogs. These people have changed their telephone number so I can’’ phone them to tell them there dogs are a menace.
