I would like to thank my neighbours, Tinus of MML Security, ADT and the police for the outstanding, sufficient and quick response on January 17, when my daughter and myself were surprised by two unwanted guests in my yard in Terenure.
Tinus from MML Security, you are without doubt my hero. It is a pity that I cannot say the same from Chubb’s officers, whom only arrived 40+ minutes after I had pressed my panic button twice.
When they finally did arrive it was with attitude and no interest in what had happened. When I questioned Chubb Management on the Monday, I was told there were two cars for our area and both were on call outs.
However, I was not informed on the Friday afternoon when the control room called me regarding my panic activation they had received.
