I too have lived in Kempton Park for many years and have witnessed its demise into today’s garbage dump. The reason is known to everyone but, in today’s painfully politically correct world, the truth must not be mentioned.
Well, I am not afraid of the truth. The facts are very clear. Kempton Park, along with the rest of South Africa, began its slide to disaster 20 years ago. The handing over of well-managed local and national governments, staffed by people with education, intelligence and integrity to today’s couldn’t care less people is the reason we are in our current mess.
