Could somebody in the postal service please explain what is happening to incoming mail from overseas.
My family and I are still waiting, somewhat in vain, for the delivery of a number of Christmas cards posted by family and friends in the UK.
In addition, my grandchildren have not received birthday cards posted in the UK, despite the cards having been posted weeks ahead of their birthdays. The dates of posting were communicated to us by SMS. Three months of my bank statements have never arrived. I have recently received the latest one.
It would be interesting to know what has happened to all of this missing mail, and I am sure that I am not the only person to have experienced this problem.
