I would like to reply to Mr Chris Papaioannou’s letter in your newspaper concerning Serengeti.
Mr Papaioannou, you will always get idiots who think they are above the law, wherever you go. If you are looking for a safe, secure and happy environment for your family, then Serengeti is the place to come to.
I recently had a situation at home where I really had no clue what to do. My husband had a seizure for the first time in his life, and also a first for me to witness.
If it was not for the estate manager, Hannes, and his wife, Lizelle, as well as all the staff members, I would have been lost.
Nowhere in the whole of South Africa can one get an ambulance at your door in less than 30 minutes. I had the most caring people around me who just took over and which I am eternally grateful for.
So, Mr Papaioannou, again I say too you, rethink your move here.
