Lion King: children just do not sit still

'What about a parent allowing their child to stand on the front seat while driving?'

ANTOINETTE BECKER writes:

With reference to the letter about Lion King Créche:

My child has been with Thea since four months old and is very happy. Even refers to it as “her school”.

For Thea, I just want to say thank you. She is trying her utmost best and the kids do come first. With regards to Vernon, he has always been friendly and polite.

I know of very few after care school transport that pick up the kids from school and take them home when the working parents are home. I do not believe that transporting a lot of kids is easy and we all know kids do move around and follow one another.

So please, take into consideration and imagine for yourself, a school bus with children, even high school children, they don’t sit still, regardless of what you try or how nice you ask.

What about a parent allowing their child to stand on the front seat while driving? In my opinion, parents should teach their children to sit still while in a vehicle and not expect schools (either a crèche, day care, primary or high school) to do so.

And about the smoking, the same goes to every smoking parent smoking while having their kids in the car.

To Thea and all the personnel of Lion King, thank you.
