Filth in streets a concern

Stricter measures have to be imposed

PAM writes:

With deep regret I once again address this issue of filth in Kempton Park.

Casuarina Street and North Rand Road are the worst streets towards the end of Kempton Park. Litter is thrown all over and bins are not cleaned.

In these two roads alone there are over 10 communes, the two going towards the complex on Casuarina Street being really bad.

On a daily basis we see rubbish all over, rodents feasting from this rubbish. Something has to be done urgently.

This is really an unhygienic site.

Stricter measures have to be imposed. Overcrowding and communes are causing this filth problem.

I hope the health department officials read this and do something.
