On August 5 we heard something on the roof that sounded like someone running on the roof. We immediately pressed the panic button and phoned the control room of Alpha Security.
A vehicle was dispatched and arrived at our house within minutes.
The reaction officer (Samuel) was very professional and made sure we were safe. He also checked the whole yard.
We realised the noise could have been from the tremor we were not aware of at that moment but he still stayed in front of our house for quite a while after the incident.
