I am not alone. In fact, there are a lot of home owners that have this problem. We pay for a service we simply do not get.
Then, to top it all, they tell you not to put out your dustbins early because of dogs in the street and rodents but then they leave it.
My suggestion is, give owners a big container, the ones on wheels, that a lot of suburbs have. If it is not looked after, the resident must pay for the bin.
