I want to thank the electricity department for the great work they did on August 19 and 20 at Villa Fas in Edleen.
We had a serious problem when one of the main cables feeding the complex tripped four of the 14 units. I reported it and told them the urgency of the problem.
Within three hours they were at the complex and fixed the cable. Then, just after eight that night, the power went off again but now there were 11 units without power.
Of course, everybody was furious. I called the call centre, asked very nicely and the guy on the other side was helpful and gave me a reference number.
We could not believe it when they worked on the problem from 11.30pm that night to 3am until the power was on.
I want to say well done for the great service we received.
