And now I can’t find a manhole that has a cover. Please, I am asking for some action to be taken against these diggers.
I realise that they also need to eat but by bleeding our neighbourhood to such an extent that we are now starting to move into a danger zone, is not fair.
If Ekurhuleni wants us to live in those conditions then we must also be released from paying rates and taxes, as the squatters are.
