I am writing this letter out of pure frustration and intolerance to these low life idiots in the Birch Acres area.
This is the third time my gate motor has been vandalised – all the wires ripped off and then they steal the battery.
The second time around the insurance was nice enough to repair the motor. Needless to say it had to be totally replaced due to the damage, more than R5 000 damages.
This time around the insurance will not repair it again, which I can understand. Police affidavits were made as it was all you could do but obviously there were no criminal linked to the stealing/vandalism, as neither of us knew who it was.
I don’t know if other home owners have the same problem? What can be done to bring these people to justice?
We work hard to maintain our own safety and these low life creatures destroy and steal as far as they go.
