Being used: From the heart of a teenage girl

'The next day, I called her and swore at her to 'leave my man alone''

ANONYMOUS writes:

I wish to share my story which will hopefully educate young teenagers who fall prey to Nigerian men in Kempton park.

I am now 19 years and about to get married.

A few years ago, I dated a Nigerian man whom I met in a night club.

He was driving a big car, bought me and my friends drinks. We had sex without protection and for a few nights, I felt special.

This year, I found God and have come to regret my actions. I discovered that this man has a South African wife with children.

His wife is his sugar mommy: he doesn’t really work but get money from her and the big car which he used to show off, is actually hers.

She pays for the expensive car, yet uses public transport, and he uses her resources to pick up young girls in the clubs of Kempton.

When he slept over in my room, I took his phone and got the wife’s number.

The next day, I called her and swore at her to “leave my man alone”.

I regret my behaviour and wish to apologise to the married woman and their children for the pain and suffering which I caused her.
