Who is looking after the interests of the group who, per capita, contribute by far and away the greatest amount of money to the municipality? Who is there to argue against the massive proposed increase in municipal personnel numbers (all jobs for the ANC boys)?
Who is there to fight for repairs to the disgusting state of our roads? The only interest that these additional committee members will have is in joining the rest of their colleagues in throwing money at those in the townships who contribute nothing except votes so they can retain their seats on the gravy train.
This municipality, like the country, is a shambles.
