I am on the road often and sometimes late at night in the Kempton Park area.
It is shocking to see the number of people clearly under the influence on the roads.

I have seen people who are so drunk they cannot even walk properly when they climb out of their vehicles – yet in all the years I have lived in Kempton Park (more than 20 years) I have yet to pass through an EMPD roadblock where they check the physical condition of any driver.
Come on, EMPD, get out of your offices and start doing some of the basic work that we as citizens pay you for.
Or are you going to wait for election time and then do a few window dressing roadblocks to dupe us into voting for your current political masters?
