Motivating players to lead good lives

Mad Bulls Hola 7 Football Club held its Players’ Awards ceremony

Mad Bulls Hola 7 Football Club held its Players’ Awards ceremony at the weekend of August 4.

“These awards will serve as a motivation to our players. Sport helps to keep the youth off the streets and discourages them from using dangerous substances such as drugs or alcohol which will destroy their lives,” said the chairman of the club, Sam Sibisi

“We are preparing them to become professional players to join the ranks of Premier Soccer League (PSL) teams,” said Sibisi, also a deputy chairman of Ivory Park Taxi Association (IPTA).

“Our team is affiliated to Tembisa United Football Association (TUFA) which is a member of the South African Football Association (Safa) Ekurhuleni. The team is based in Ivory Park Extension Two.”

In addition, the players were all kitted with blue tracksuits, sponsored by Sibisi. He also pointed out that running a football team is expensive and appeals for a sponsor. Food and drinks were served.
