Kempton Road Runners gear up for Easter Run weekend

For those preparing for the Comrades Marathon, the full four-day programme provides an excellent opportunity to accumulate up to 84km.

The Kempton Road Runners will host their annual Easter Run from April 3 to April 6, with daily runs starting at 07:00 from Bossa situated at Glen Acres Shopping Centre.

Open to runners of all fitness levels, the event promises a vibrant and social atmosphere throughout the long weekend.

Participants can choose from a variety of distances each day:

  • Friday: 8km or 16km
  • Saturday: 16km or 32km
  • Sunday: 10km or 20km
  • Monday: 8km or 16km
