How to do a breast self-exam: what every woman should know

As we celebrate National Cancer Awareness month, it also important that we take a look at how to do a breast self-examination (BSE), as this is the best method for early detection. Although 80% of lumps aren’t cancerous, you simply can’t take the chance and a doctor should be promptly seen for further evaluation.
If you haven’t done a BSE before, then do so immediately by having a look at our infographic, explaining step-by-step how you can examine yourself in the comfort of your home. You do not need any fancy equipment or any extensive knowledge.
