Alma mater welcomes their 2023 Grade 1’s

Alma Mater welcomed their new group of Grade 1's on Wednesday.

There was a sense of achievement at Alma Mater International School when the school officially welcomed their new group of Grade 1’s on Wednesday, January 11.

With children running around looking for familiar faces it was clear that most of the little ones knew each and was not shy to make friends.

However, some Grade 1’s were clutching on to their parents’ hands and some were even hiding behind their mommies and daddies. From counting teeth to counting down the moment they would be left alone in their new world of ‘big school’, the young ones have quite a lot on their plate.

As parents were slowly retreating to their cars, you can hear the joy and excitement as they look at photos they took of their children.
