Soccer players ready to show what they’re made of

These boys have been playing soccer for the past four years and finally got the opportunity to show what they're made of.

Silverfields Primary School is proud to announce that four of their soccer players were recently selected for the Roodepoort Proteas team.

This follows after they gave their all during the trials which were held in March. According to the soccer organiser, Noma Motsiri, these U/12 and U/13 boys have been playing soccer for the past four years and finally got the opportunity to show what they’re made of.

They are also thrilled to be sending them off to Durban during the July school holidays to take part in the Bill Stuart Tournament.

Noma and soccer coach, Jonas Chauke, would like to wish Mlungisi Mkholo, Ntsane Masoleng, Sphesihle Makhunga and Thato Sibiya the best of luck.
