Pabi Moloi leaves Highveld

Krugersdorp listeners of the popular Gauteng based commercial radio station 94.7 Highveld Stereo will soon be hearing a new voice on their radio in the afternoon between 1pm and 4pm.

The station revealed on Friday 31 May that weekday presenter Pabi Moloi will be leaving the station at the end of June and will be replaced by current YFM radio presenter Rofhiwa Bologo, widely known as Tholi B.

He will take over from Pabi from Monday, 1 July.

Pabi have been cutting her teeth into radio at a young age but her on-air skills were discovered during 94.7 Highveld Stereo’s Hot Jocks Talent Search about a decade ago.

“We recognise Pabi’s significant contribution to 94.7 Highveld Stereo over the past three years. We wish her everything of the best in her future endeavours. She has contributed much to the station,” says Ravi Naidoo, 94.7 Highveld Stereo Programming Manager.

Known for his vibrant on-air style and warm personality, Tholi B kicked off his radio career six years ago and has been making waves in the entertainment industry since. He currently hosts the weekday drive show on YFM.

“We wish Tholi B well in his new role and we are looking forward to welcoming him to our line-up. Our listeners are in for a treat!” Naidoo added.

Tholi B says that he is very excited to be joining 94.7 Highveld Stereo.

“It has long been a dream of mine. The show poses a new challenge, and I feel ready for it!”
