Two troublemakers from Krugersdorp were banned from a local Krugersdorp night club and lodge.
The lifelong ban follows the unacceptable behaviour by the two young men at the MINX nightclub situated at Cedar Lodge on Friday 14 June.
Steve Gossayn, owner of Cedar Lodge decided to make an example out of the two young men who started a fight at the night club on a busy Friday evening.
“May this serve as a warning to any future fighters who decide to cause trouble at Cedar Lodge,” says Steve.
The main perpetrators, as they were referred to by the owner, visited Cedar Lodge again on 18 June to apologise and accept responsibility for their unacceptable behaviour.
“We have no hatred feelings against uncle Steve, on the contrary I respect him greatly and would like to urge the young people of Krugersdorp to still come have a good time and enjoy themselves here at Cedar Lodge,” says Ashley Botma.
The two young men will not only be banned for life from the lodge but has also agreed to carry all the costs of the damages caused by their outbreak.
“I truly regret the loss our actions has caused the business,” apologises JP Steenkamp.
The owner’s message was loud and clear, “These are the steps Cedar Lodge will take to ensure the safety of the guests of the lodge, there is no room for troublemakers here at Cedar Lodge”.
