Retailer serves the Krugersdorp community

President Hyper had their annual charity golf day and proceeds went to deserving organisations.

President Hyper’s annual suppliers golf day is known to be a glamorous event where resident and retailer meet to the greater benefit of the community, and this year was no different.

The retailer ploughed back into the community by donating R400 000 that was raised at the golf day to Krugersdorp and Fochville charities at a high-end prizegiving in the store on Tuesday 10 September.

Beneficiaries included:

• Addicted to life

• Laerskool Losberg

• Reakgona Primary School

• Mponeng we care

• Cansa

• Safe House Merafong

• Foundation for children with hearing loss

• Mug and Tree Community Centre

• Krugersdorp SPCA

The day was made possible by the store’s suppliers who entered 49 teams of golfers.

Entertainment was supplied by the godfather of South African comedy Mel Miller who supplied golfers with a good dose of laughter after a long day of golfing.
