Key West gets a Maxi-licious surprise

The community of Krugerdorp now will get to experience more than just a meal when Philemon Sentsho opens his own Maxi’s restaurant in Key West shopping centre.

Sentsho always wondered what it would be like to be his own boss, being in control of his life, and most importantly earning the salary he’d always wanted, which he says all seemed like good reasons to start his own business.

Never one to make a decision without thorough research, he set out to find out which option would be the most viable to make his franchise dreams come true and found that Maxi’s would be the perfect partner for his venture.

Having previously worked at as an Account Manager for a local telecommunications service provider, Sentsho knows all that there is to know about communicating with customers. This experience works in his favour as he says it will help him to run a successful store because he understands that without the customer there is no business.

“Meeting and exceeding my customers’ expectations are what I thrive on. My commitment to the brand and to continually offer outstanding customer service will set me apart from other restaurants in the area.”

Further, Sentsho is a firm believer in using technology in his store and making sure it is utilised fully. He believes that this allows him to be “in store” even when he is not physically present at the restaurant.
