Decomposed body found

On Wednesday 29 January at about 5.30pm members of the Kagiso Police attended a scene of possible suicide near the African Brick Centre Limited in Luipaardsvlei.

Captain Appel Ernst, a police spokesperson says that the body was found near a clump of trees and that it already was badly decomposed, making it difficult to identify the person.

“The deceased is believed to be a male person. The Kagiso Police is requesting urgent assistance in identifying the body.”

The clothing found is a black leather jacket, blue jeans and orange Nike sandals.

Any person who reported a missing person whose clothes might fit the description is requested to enquire with Warrant Officer Solomon Sibiya at the Kagiso Police Station on 011 411 9000.
